Order Snake wine from US: some delivery delays because of America increased security measures

Since November 2010, the United States Department of Homeland Security has increased security measures for items carried on passenger airlines, meaning that most of the letters and parcels sent through classic post offices, even express services to USA might be delayed.

The reason is that mail entering the US from around the world, and including Europe and Asia, that would normally be sent via passenger aircraft must now travel by other means, including ships and cargo planes.

Most items, including personal letters and parcels, will arrive in the US within a few days of posting but some will need more time, and some of our Snake wine parcels, even sent by Express mail, might take longer than usual to reach their destination in US. We are sorry about it.

And lately these ongoing security issues, combined with the impact of severe weather on the movement of mail are continuing to cause delays to some items bound for the US and even when the delays mainly affect heavier items, some of our small parcel also take longer time to arrive, so we apologise for these unavoidable delays and we are doing everything we can to improve this situation.
